The writing isn't aimed at executives, founders, or anyone shopping for a transformation partner. If that audience reads it anyway and gets something from it, fine. They aren't who I'm writing to.
No, mostly. I'm not actively taking on consulting, advisory, or contract engagements. If something genuinely interesting comes through, I'll consider it. The bar is high. If you're hoping to hire someone to lead an enterprise AI rollout, that isn't me anymore.
